Credstack operates at credstack.ai and credstack.xyz. This policy explains what information we receive through those websites and how we use, protect, and disclose it. It covers online activity associated with the websites and does not extend to offline information or other channels.

When you create an account, we may request details such as your name, company, address, email address, and telephone number.

Our hosting and analytics operations may create standard log records when visitors access the websites. Product team access

Our product team may review anonymized usage metrics. Credstack staff handling a user's feedback may view that user's name and email address so they can respond appropriately.

We do not sell personal information. We may provide information to selected providers that help us run or improve the service, including hosting, analytics, support, and related infrastructure partners.

Usage information is kept in an encrypted database that is not publicly reachable. We may also use third-party analytics providers for selected non-sensitive usage measurements. Usage data is hosted on Azure servers in the United States.

This policy does not govern external websites, advertisers, ad servers, or networks. Review their own privacy notices for details about their practices and available opt-out controls. Third-party advertising technologies, including cookies, JavaScript, and web beacons, may send information such as your IP address directly to your browser when an advertisement or link loads. Credstack does not control those technologies.

You can manage cookies through your browser's settings. The browser provider's website will have instructions for the relevant controls.

California residents may have the right to ask what categories and specific pieces of personal information a business has collected, request deletion of information collected about them, and direct a business not to sell their personal information.

Credstack does not knowingly seek or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's online activity. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us promptly so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
